	The Nest International is an organisation which fights against women trafficking. We provide practical support for foreign women in prostitution in Denmark. The Nest International is the largest and most well-functioning non-governmental organisation fighting against trafficking in Denmark as well as supporting the women being trafficked. How the Nest International offers support: · A national crisis centre open night and day (24-hour manning) for victims of women trafficking. · Outreach social work on the street in Vesterbro, Copenhagen. · Setting up and running a meeting place for foreign women in the prostitution setting.
Our main offers for the women: · Health offers – access to the healthcare system, although they do not have legal residence. · Legal offers – legal assistance and lay representation at questionings and trials. · Social offers – bridge-building to the Danish social system. · Prepared repatriation – contact to local NGO’s and support in the native country. · Stay at a crisis centre – safe stay with guidance, care and activities. · Guidance and care – at all levels in the process based on the individual woman’s situation.
